About NaijaCalc

NaijaCalc builds free, fast calculators for the everyday decisions Nigerians make — from working out a JAMB aggregate score to checking a PAYE deduction or a fuel budget for the week. Every tool runs entirely in your browser: no sign-up, no app download, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

We started this because most calculator sites either weren't built with Nigeria in mind, or were slow to update when the rules changed — and tax law, VAT and electricity tariffs change often enough that stale numbers cause real problems. Every figure that can change is checked against an authoritative source and shown with the date it was last verified, so you always know how current it is.

We're not trying to list every calculator under the sun. We'd rather have ten tools that are fast, accurate and genuinely pleasant to use on a mid-range Android phone on a 3G connection, than a hundred that are slow and generic.
